In 1987 Jo began her career in recruitment for financial services, moving in to technology provision several years later with Reuters Voice Systems (Wyatts). Jo went on to enjoy a successful career in a variety of senior delivery and commercial roles across Trader Voice Services working with several Tier One Banks and leading vendors. In 2003, Jo made the decision to start a family, however, it wasn’t too long before the pull of The City soon had Jo seeking a return. In 2007 Jo founded Firefly Resources Ltd. Firefly began providing User Adoption services to both technology providers and financial institutions. Since then Firefly has grown from strength to strength, along with their portfolio of services and expertise, specialising in Trader Voice Services and more recently responding to the high demand of the Regulatory Retrieval Services. Also the provision of User Adoption on Audio Visual technology, IP Telephony. Firefly has grown organically and Jo has been dedicated to delivering the highest levels of service.

Since entering The City in 1987, Sue has held a variety of senior roles, working for leading Technology and Service providers delivering in to the financial services industry. Sue has worked within the Trader Voice Community for over 20 years but never stopped seeking ways to improve. More recently Sue has been responsible for the delivery of services to support Unified Communications projects. Her expertise includes; Trader Voice, Unified Communications, Audio Visual, Service Desk, Trading Floor Support, User Adoption, Project Management and Account Management into Tier One Investment Banks. After the arrival of her 3rd child Sue made the decision to join her life long friend Jo Chipchase. With Sue’s passion for User Adoption and extensive industry experience, Sue was essential in helping to deliver the success Firefly was achieving. Sue has never looked back, and has meticulous attention to detail and complete dedication to service excellence.

Is a seasoned Information Technology Services Professional with a proven track record of diverse, real world successes within the financial services trader voice arena, holding a variety of domestic and International positions within Operations, Project Management, Managed Services, Customer Services and Global Sales for a market leading global technology provider. With many years’ experience working on both strategic and tactical initiatives with top tier Global Financial Companies Sherri is well grounded, with an extensive and unique view into the requirements and service demands of the trading floor. After over 20 years with IPC Sherri was looking for a service focused business that would appreciate and utilise her skills and ethos and found a synergy with Firefly. As the demands in London grew the need for support in the US was a constant request. This was the ideal opportunity for Sherri and the USA office was launched in January 2014.
